The Infectious Diseases Data Observatory (IDDO) assembles clinical, laboratory and epidemiological data on a collaborative platform to be shared with the research and humanitarian communities. The IDDO Repository contains individual patient data on poverty-related diseases and emerging infections, contributed by researchers and health authorities around the globe. The repository currently holds data on individuals infected with SARS-CoV2 (causing COVID-19), Ebola virus disease, malaria, schistosomiasis or visceral leishmaniasis. All data on the repository are harmonised to the CDISC SDTM data standard, enabling efficient analysis across all populations and diseases included in the repository.
